I like the housing mix and tax rate (on the older housing stock) coupled with availability of blue collar jobs in trucking, shipping, etc.  

I looked up the system to be used for one of the $5,600 quotes and the complete system costs ~$1,800 shipped.  

I agree with Doug, as the saying goes the only ship that doesn't sail is a partnership.

If the tenant did move out how are the truck docks and offices organized?
