Here are a few items they highlighted - repaint concrete sidewalk which had been previously painted and now chipping and replace a cast iron plumbing stack, which is functioning PERFECTLY, only because it is STARTING to barnacle.

She has tried calling the water management company saying my trees were causing her toliets to overflow, then tried calling the inspections department trying fabricate i was doing unpermitted work, and today she approached me saying she was filing a police report for harassment if i continued to try to communicate with the owner and property manager about taking the carport down (ironic, i know).

We finally ironed out our differences, but it wasn't pretty for awhile there, and I always hated having to share the driveway, even though he just barely drove over one corner of my property and his parking was nowhere near that corner.I think in this case, this property is affordable for a reason.

Ironically, the only time I had to kick out fighting couples - it was the ones the tenant had snuck in, rather than asked permission for.But, this is also why I only ever did MTM agreements, too.
