Original loan was 570,000.00 it foreclosed and I guess went back to the lender for 1,515,000.00 (what it says on the zilliow report) the house is vacant now but there was an eviction that led to a major drug bust.

Other events from the first day included a lady on drugs claiming I removed her door and calling the police (they were friendly and quickly recognized the lady was on something and suggested I just leave her be, which was my intention).

I would never invest in a 'war zone' known for drug trafficking, prostitution, gang warfare etc, but providing decent hard working people with a clean, safe place to stay for competitive rent is a good thing.
