I would like one day that they sell washers and dryers that has built in Apple Pay or Google Wallet capabilities, and all a tenant has to do is to wave it near the washer or dryer and press their finger onto the Touch ID and I get paid as the machine unlocks for 1 load.Or may be I know what the tenants like to drink and I set up a vending machine that pour their favorite ice cold beers from dispensers and I get paid online and the Touch ID knows if he/she is over 21. 

And I think Cedar Park is nice with newer homes, good schools (9,10,9) and close proximity to the new Apple Austin campus.Any advice welcomed.

Like any profession there are some excellent lawyers, a bunch of average lawyers, and then some bad apples at the bottom.And my opinion is that the average lawyer in TX that claims to do LLCs simply fills out the bare-bones state form or use one of the LLC formation 'services' and just charge a markup to the client.

However, card systems are not for all properties but can be fitting for specific A & B properties and leveraged to attract and retain residents, especially the first time renter who prefers to communicate digitally with any and all appliances.Pro Tip: Laundry vendors today can install coin operated machines that also take Apple Pay/Samsung Pay for very little capital investment.

A smart move might be to order and preview the "equivalent" course prior to taking the 3 day course in order to compare apples to apples, know what I mean?  

2) When do you have 100% of your money back3)  what's the total revenue projected after everything (I put $100K day one, what's is the total number of dollars I'll be receiving over the 5 years hold period).Try to compare apples to apples and once that's clear, if the numbers work for you, read the PPM thoroughly.
