some people just are not cut out for this business.. personality wise.. follow through wise  education and intelligence wise. etc...

In bed, driving, during dinner, etc - if I can't talk intelligently on the phone I let my VA/voice mail pick it up.

I am sure Scott was referring to guys as representing all BP members of which many are women but we will all be considerate of your feelings and not use the word, "guys" when talking about real estate investing without clarifying we are including all the wonderful , creative, and intelligent women members of our forum, including those that are just passing by.

Do your due diligence in ANY situation and seek actual intelligent, competent advice- not just a poster's opinion, even if it is MINE.

I do believe that the good members of this site could certainly make this happen.I'm very happy to read the intelligent posts made on this thread already!

Property flipping becomes illegal and a fraud for profit scheme when a home is purchased and resold within a short time frame at an artificially inflated value.

I will come into this with strength, intelligence, and intentionality.I made so many mistakes and would love to help others learn "the easy way", from my example.

I've read the guides here on Bigger Pockets, I've listened to all the podcasts, I lurk in the forums, I've done lots of deal analysis using my own Excel sheets and other people's numbers (for practice/fun), I've read the staple books (Kiyosaki, Ferris), and, in a past life, I remodeled homes, so I have good DIY and building experience.I think I understand the basics on paper.Beyond that, I'm relatively intelligent and successful in my day job.

After seeing the police called on you, I wonder about the intelligence of the officers that spent their time tracking you down.
