Why anyone would ever jeopardize their license or REO account(s) by pulling some of these stunts is beyond me, but no one ever accused realtors of being excessively intelligent.

That way there is no preferential treatment accusations, hurt feelings, etc.The first person to turn in their application and application fee gets screened first, if they meet my qualifications they get first opportunity to put their deposit down for the property.

I know you understand that, Liz,  and intend to be on site - and it sounds like you have the wits to pull it off.

I also recommend that you do an inspection sometime in between rent payments; give legal minimum notice and take a witness with you.

I know you don't know me and I haven't been around long, but I don't need to be accused of trying to "steal" something from someone else.

You can't be accused of discrimination because there was no application in the first place. 

Dont know if that is legal but nobody saw him do it so no witnesses. 

He has instead accused the PM of damaging the door, without any reason.

But I have repeatedly witnessed people bail on the SF & Honolulu market saying it can NOT go higher only to be priced out of the market.
