With this design, I simply took feedback from the last one and quickly made a simple BP teeshirt and offered it in a way that doesn't cost BiggerPockets any money or time in printing, shipping, labeling, and distributing.This is just for fun, and a tiny tiny side project to allow people that love BiggerPockets a way to get a teeshirt.I am happy to take user suggestions, and if there is widespread approval, to offer those shirts as well.

There's a huge delta on what they advertise to borrowers versus lenders, and even those numbers are false.I guess the recommendation would be1) No work - online only high yield savings account2) Willing to do a tiny bit of work - park it in bank accounts with sick sign on bonuses GL!

One of my first leases here was with a tiny corp doing a relocation contract with a massive corp (IE 100MM+ deals) and paying me more 50% over FMR for the ability to use my unit to house tenants in 2-3 month stints.
