If you damage your credit, you can still move forward if you're not depending on the typical strategies everyone else is using.Restrictions:  Fear will handcuff you, and is almost impossible to overcome. 

Pricing will overcome any objection. 

Your net worth is your network as they say, and you need to meet lots of new people in order to grow your mind and over come limiting beliefs.

The biggest issue/character flaw I will have to overcome, in order to be successful, is moving from analysis to action.

Of course these are hurdles that can be overcome, but why bother if you are just investing in small properties.

Overcoming the mindset of paying down mortgages is a dilemma for me. 

In the process of overcoming my fear as an out of state investor, I'm determined to take action and not allow my fear to prevent me from pursuing real estate.
