Usually there is an account manager specifically for this client, however I have found I usually end up speaking to multiple parties regarding the account.This is an time intensive and consuming aspect of real estate but if successful can produce substantial profits.

My guess is that this is a suggestion for being able to buy properties cheaply -- those properties that have known code violations are going to be in less demand, as fixing them will be more labor and cost intensive, so you may be able to get the sellers to agree to a much lower relative price.Just a guess...

You do NOT need much cash.The only money you need is whatever your marketing plan is, and if you don't have much cash then your plan needs to mostly be time intensive marketing rather than cash intensive.
