We have found that dishwashers often leak or don't clean well, fridges have bad motors and don't cool for very long before they break (and then you have to reimburse the Tenant for their spoiled food), and washing machines work, but don't spin. 

I just downloaded deal machine.

It seems like I have a great deal for a property owner- I want to lease a 15' X 15' space for the machine, for which I will pay $600/ month or so.

One was a dumpy old one, old machines, when I visited had one customer doing a wash and reading the paper.

Hoping to front the cost of ATMs, but being a part of a larger pool of ATM investments to protect myself from poorly performing machines. 

I’ve forgot to mention I have an ozone machine set on a timer to run overnight. 

I am using my Apple account for BP and a Mac OS but I also log in on a PC Windows 7 OS machine as well and my iPhone 5S.

Yuck.After calling a plumber, he discovered the washing machine drain (recently added) didn't have a P Trap.If you can access the crawlspace make sure all your drains have a P Trap and they are full of water. 

Not knowing the property you bought one thing I’m now including in my leases is “No portable dishwashers or portable washing machines are allowed in the unit”.
