ATM Investment Funds
This topic is a bit non-standard as it doesn't pertain to real estate, but it does involve investments. I have been researching other avenues for passive income. Does anybody have experience in ATM investment funds? I am looking for something that is truly passive (not looking to service and refill the ATMs myself) and could diversify my risk. As for diversifying risk, I am thinking something similar to the model of Lending Club. Hoping to front the cost of ATMs, but being a part of a larger pool of ATM investments to protect myself from poorly performing machines. The closest thing I can find to this model is therealassetinvestor.com. If nothing else, any feedback/reviews/experience on these guys? Thank you in advance!
