Personally, I'd rather smell weed than fried fish but honestly part of living in a multi-family shared space is shared smells.

My point is you don’t have a real estate issue.I like Telluride.I’m going to give you my secret trout spot if you like to fish.  

They could just be fishing for a high price.You can call the agent and ask them why the properties have been sitting so long.

Also, trust your gut... if it smells like a fish it probably is a fish.

I have the same problem, my PASA does not do anything that would help me a lot, just because he has bigger fish to fry, I would probably contact Derek if he could work on all states.
