It's really hard to tell but it looks like you could park almost 3 cars  right there in the front, then one to two on the side would be ample parking.Would be easy and cheap to remove the front flower bed, but just looking at that front porch, I don't think that would be cost effective but if you choose to go that route make sure you have an engineer sign off on it as it looks like the porch is also load bearing.
