We are just rebuilding from the second Great Chicago Fire, huge swaths of the city have been systematically devastated since WWII.

It is likely that we will have to raise the house as we re-build.

I want it to rebuild my home, cover my lost income if I die, pay the hospital if I have a heart attack, etc.

I was assuming this was a major rebuild/addition project given the price and area.
