Many of our bird dogs place plain looking " we buy houses " bandit signs all over the city and when they have a deal locked up they call us so we ca see if we want to buy it.

VRBO they just have to share login with us, then we connect to hospitable.I have gone back and forth whether this is the correct way moving forward as we scale.I also use Hospitable and it has just plained work well.

For plain calculator use: $195,000 *1.05*1.05*1.05=Don't get hung up on trying to memorize which formula to use for which kind of problem.
