I would see what they have to offer - the conventional loan will be easy to come by if this doesn't pan out. 

You seamed to indicate using this on floors/ pan too?

Not every mentoring opportunity will pan out; it's all a matter of personality and finding the right person.

However I could do 1-2 hours calling people west of here especially those in the Mountain and Pacific time zones pretty easy.

A couple of good leads, but again, the whole "vacant" idea did not pan out.  

I had one other that bailed.Those 4 were not all at once, but looking at the way it panned out, I would say I could handle up to 4 at one time and still stay fully engaged in DFW.

If any of these guys ever pan out I would call it a Acquisition Consultation Fee.

The program has recently hired some eager inspectors who appear to suffer from obsessive-compulsive disorders; last year we "failed" the first inspection because the electric range did not have drip pans.
