What I did was make an observation that a lot of people in this thread have a reading comprehension problem.

I have no scientific facts - but...From my observations on the BP forums I would say that the 80/20 rule applies to REI ownership.80% of the members own 3 or less properties and the other 20% own much more than that.Maybe Josh can start a poll or the BP folks may already have some of that data.
