My name is Ikenna. I've lived in Atlanta Georgia for about two years now and I have worked as a personal trainer since then. I've been looking into real estate here in Atlanta for the past three months, and I am now ready to get my feet wet. I've heard and read that bird dogging is one good way to get started. I'm trusting that this will be the beginning of something great.

I would like to give a big shout out to BP for such an awesome forum. Keep up the good work!

Cheers,
Ikenna

Welcome Ikenna! I'm a buy and hold inverstor for Norcross, Duluth and Carrollton. Bring me some deals and we can both win. Looking for 3/2 1983 and up. I prefer non-major rehabs. up to $100,000. Sam
