Hi guys,Two books that aren't really property related but are my all time favourite are "How to win friends and influence people" and "Think and grow rich".I am currently reading "The art of the deal" by Donald Trump.

I think I have a pretty good sphere of influence, in this business 10 years as a broker, flipper, hard money lender, now a conventional lender.

Two books that have had the biggest influence on my real estate career and financial goals:Millionaire Real Estate Investor - Helped me shape my RE strategy.Think and Grow Rich - Helped me get money minded.

I agree with Jo and am no way influenced by our office being in West Columbia ;)Another area is what I call Rosewood when I am selling there but call South Kilbourne when I am buying.

We had quite a bit of success at the start by banding together and forming an alliance of owners, but that influence doesn't seem to be helping at this point.
