Older parks often only have room for the older, smaller homes and can't accept larger modern homes.

The machines are expensive, but one other nice thing is that modern machines can accept blue tooth and internet money collection.

Cara Lonsdale you’re probably right academically but as the OP mentioned, Asians prefer completely new, modern construction.

My site isn't "flashy" and ultra modern but it doesn't need to be for what it is.

.- Large closets - walk in is even better- 2+ bathrooms - New carpet- Modern appearance (paint, flooring, light fixtures, etc)- Garage ideal but if not a garage then off street parking- Cleanliness and overall good repair.

For this particular duplex, both apartments are in  good/ modern shape, fresh paint, nice flooring,stainless appliances, and some little extras (lighting or tile). 

I recommend investing in updating to a modern design and dont just put old second hand furniture in your properties (many will suggest this).

Dry cabin culture, called "dry" because they have no running water, is a thing in of itself....awesome or horrifying depending on how attached a person is to modern comforts and conveniences.
