I would have a long talk with the property manager before doing anything harsh.

@Harsh Singh its all about not paying to much and building a margin there that if you have some vacancies the property will still cash flow or brake even.

Knowing the reputation of a contractor before you engage them saves a world of drama. 

It was so unbearable to sleep in the unit that I woke them up at 11AM.I think I was of this mindset before about if I threaten somebody they will jump, but now that I'm mature enough to step back and see problems differently I go about things without drama and heartache. 

Normally very visible but not always.Houses take a lot of maintenance as the elements can be very harsh on a house.

I haven't done it yet, as we are working on other repairs and upgrades while I sorted out the drama with the previous rental manager, and right down to the wire, getting their deposit itemized and portion returned before my deadline was up.  

Not trying to be harsh here, but it is important for this community (particularly the newer ones reading this) to understand what is legal and what is not.
