Maybe it's just a coincidence but I find that whenever I tour and express interest in these homes all of the sudden several offers roll in.

I have not received an update on this issue from Morris since, although I have expressed twice the severity of this, but that likely plays into some prior threads here that Morris/Oceanpointe may no longer be permitted to do PM work in the state of Indiana, thus no info. 

You could try actually door knocking their mailing address, or if it's a house you really want, sending the letter via express mail or even overnight so that it really stands out.
