@Lynne Garris I will message you with a recommendation to get phone numbers, emails, and mailing addresses through skip tracing :) I would say that you should layer your direct mail and other forms of marking like ringless voice mail or cold calling.

I would voice your concerns with your realtor openly and honestly, and they should be able to provide you with measured responses.

We plan on sending her a Christmas card so she can match a face with the voice and give her a mental reminder we are thinking of her.
