I think many investors falsely believe that just forming the LLC will protect you but if you do something fraudulent or malicious a good attorney is going to piece your corporate veil and go after you personally.

Thet are filled with fluff and false promises and unrealistic scenarios.I appreciate your response though, I don't much care for (hate is too strong of a word here) the gurus either and rarely recommend someone go to them, although there are selcet few good ones out there.
