For those of you that have had VAs run comps for you, what are some things that you had told them that helped them grasp the art of figuring out an ARV?

FYI those interested in purchasing student housing in SW Florida we have a brand new construction state of the art gated development due for completion for Fall 2017.  

We use our own furniture and art quite often.Hold an friends and agent open house to get people talking about it right before you list it We did this with our last flip and we had the house sold in 8 days.

I love the art of the deal and working with people to solve their problems and improve communities while partnering and networking with like minded individuals.My primary strategy is wholesaling so that I can build up more cash and begin some longer term investing.  

Learning how to read comparable properties and what those differences are, is somewhat of an art.

Together we are in the process of incorporating and registering a 501c3 community arts non-profit.

I feel it necessary for me and any other wholesaler to focus on and become experts at the art of negotiation and the law of large numbers.
