Hey @Stephen MurrayWell, the first step would be to check to see how the low is zoned and what the permisible uses are.From there, you could potentially have several options like RV/Trailer storage, seasonal 'farms' (Christmas trees, fruits/veggies, pumpkin patch, etc), camp ground, etc.What is ultimately going to be your best option will really depend on the location and size of the lot, so be sure to consult with others in your local area to get ideas as well.Best of luck!

I believe that absentees tend to be ‘lower hanging fruit’, but there will never be a shortage of life circumstances that will motivate people to trade equity for cash.More focused marketing (through using quality copy, targeting, multiple touches, etc) and the ability and knowledge to structure deals beyond “I’ll give you 70% ARV-repairs-contract assignment” is pretty important.
