@Tony Brown I was in similar situation seeking a dual identity as investor/broker. 

Too many people are acting like you're doing the contractor a favor giving him the job, and that all contractors are thieves, when in fact, the majority of contractors are good, hard working, skilled people. 

I'm fired up and have plenty of energy in me to fight these thieves on every issue.

Those like others on this thread, there are great companies and thieves out there in the industry.  

As a for instance of the need and the low level of competency, many private loans I have reviewed fail to clear the borrower's identity.

That same ticket should usually be $150-$180.Freakin thieves.

Seems the thieves come to open houses, case the property and leave a window unlocked.

If you see enough houses in Milwaukee you start to notice that many are very similar or identical - blueprints were literally prints and you could choose model A, B or C.

I have come to believe that 90% of them are almost identical.

You have to rebuild a new identity without one of the most important persons in your life.It shows that while we are busy with day to day activities we have to value every year, month, week, day, minute, second we have with the people we care about.
