Each rental is different.I don't expect 1000tc sheets in a $100 a night rental but I would expect top o' the line for $1000 a night.Having said that, I still expect decent furniture, a well stocked kitchen and nice linens no matter what I am paying.The days of tossing garbage in a STR and still doing well is over.

federal hill is a great area, one of the few that exist in the garbage that is Baltimore city. if you can cash flow at those prices, good place to buy.

I currently have both units rented at $700 per month tenants pay all utilities including water sewer and garbage so it brings in $1,400 a month my monthly payment including taxes and insurance is around $450.
