I sent my trusted contractor the square white tile with an accent strip of small gray squares and told him to redo all the tile, fix the plumbing below, and change out all the plumbing and fixtures.

Usually the property was sold long ago.Just last week I was asked to check a Zillow listing at XXX West Gray in Houston.

It's not good if wholesalers use cash buyers against each other , as you said that gives every wholesaler a bad name.Thats ridiculous @Anthony Thompson that they tried to wholesale your deal back to you.Laura

With the development of a new internationally acclaimed hospital, world renowned golf courses and hotels such as Montage, Ritz Carlton Reserve and The Thompson; Cabo San Lucas is attracting more interest than it's had in a long time.  

Steer clear of people who don't follow the law or deal in the "gray areas as they may be putting your investment at risk to save a few bucks up front.

Maybe if all of the white space was taking away and add like a lite gray in the box that people have their posts in would really help making it easier on the eyes.

I have been trying to work it via the internet but there seems to be a lot of gray, which stands to reason in the field of Tax.I am not sure if it matters but we are an LLC.
