I did not do any physical improvements to the property but I did spend many hours with engineers and city planners defining exactly what could be built on the lot and with what modifications (like soil retention, drainage, engineering requirements, etc.)

It's a matter that you address to ensure your tenants are treated fairly, but you don't have any liability unless it was made as a modification to the lease, such as a letter that could be seen as modifying the written agreement, then you could be liable for the agreements in a settlement at the end of that lease, IMO.

The vital key to being successful in real estate is emphasizing on why someone needs you.

So what is your question about the 1099C - Did your seller do a Modification on the mortgage or did the lender issue the 1099C in error - I suggest reading this article and if you need more help - I will more than happy to get you in contact with the right person(s) 1099C

Transfer the credits and then really work hard since your GPA won't have the padding others got from taking those classes at 3 times the cost.Make acquaintances in collage and know peoples birthdays and whats vital to them.

I have been to mine and I am having trouble locating vital info.

This does not sit very well with many - the banks have been paid quite a bit and then they take peoples homes away from them, refuse to do loan modifications and do not use the money given to them by the government for loans.
