My grandmother intends for this rental to benefit my dad as income and she wants to get it out of her name and into a trust to benefit him and his family (my me and my brother) now that they are coming at her with all of these repairs and expenses, she's getting upset and wants to sell the house and let them make a counter offer if someone makes an offer.

And course I was upset and who won’t be.So the owner stated his agent he hired from this well known company and will not mention anything names of individuals or real estate company would be calling me to come by and take the condition of the house so it could be placed on the market.His agent came to the house 01 Oct 2018 to take condition of house.
