Can someone please help me shed some light into this?

Most agents do not know why...they just say it is company policy.Can someone shed light on the logic behind this?

I can't really speak to LA or NY, but here in Honolulu, if you're looking to buy a single family home and just reserve the master bedroom as a vacant room when you're on island, you're looking at spending about $1M for a shed, major rehab will be required for anything you buy here.

I mean if he wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed he wouldn't be a renter right?

Two hurricanes came through Guatemala to the North and dump tons of water in the upper River Sheds. 

Is there anyone who can shed some light on the process? 

Weather looking to build a deck, fence or shed to ad value, or just simple repairs.

If so, it also looks like there is no other storage on site (shed or garage) and people looking to rent a home this size probably want more storage.

If you have been through a similar process or have contacts, it would be great if you can shed some light.
