It was a pretty dark and humbling experience, but I was able to learn valuable lessons from my mistakes that I’ll never repeat as I continue to rebuild.Now that I’m rebuilding and in acquisition mode, the niche that I’m finding more success with is direct mail marketing to commercial property owners, who have owned their property for 15+ years and may be looking forward to retirement, tired of being a landlord, and/or their tax bases has or is about to expire.

My house 3B 1.5B, complete rebuild from the basement,construction company said the architecture will take 2 weeks, I will keep track to see the actual number of day to get this done in order to get permit & have the project moving.
