@Shane Dolinski I took a BP checklist for selecting a PM, then added my own questions to it and published as a Google doc that you can grab here.

Ultimately, you could be looking at a workout.But, if you want to keep it to cashflow, publish some lease-to-own ads to get some folks who have steady income, poor credit, a decent nest egg stashed and want to own.
