And the software is so complicated, I’m not able to use to to monitor cash flow on each property.

There are usually some good, local investors that monitor those forums.

You can also monitor your local county recorders office.

I'll monitor to see if it actually closes later in the month.

In fact, don't waste the time wiping it off at all - If you follow the above steps with a vapor barrier and dehumidifier, monitor the WMC to ensure it's somewhere between 13% - 18%.

@John Hickey - It's a nice idea and I like what you're trying to accomplish, but it's unreasonable for BP to monitor every user's investments.
