If you start to need a real property management platform, Re-Leased is a good one that will integrate directly with Xero.

Either way you need to operate with honesty and integrity and look to serve others by helping them solve their problem and not try to take advantage of anyone.

Without much experience, partnering with someone with integrity and experience would be a good start.

And somehow he expects me to "have the integrity" to come troubleshoot for free because his "electrician found a defect in your installation."
