The drawback of it is it's technically a neighborhood of Gary, Indiana with all of the crime and financial issues that go along with it.After about 5 years of investing there, I decided it was unlikely things were going to change there and started selling.

so actual issue is not home affordability but land price , a 90k home 2/1 in gary indiana is actually way better structured than 2/1 in cupertino,CA where price is 1.5 mil.
