Somehow, one night I was introduced to a young lady that would fundamentally change my outlook on life, wealth, and avoiding the rat race I was so desperately chasing.

The institute teaches fundamental strategies (wholesaling, fixing for profit, holding properties, holding paper) as well as transaction engineering (contracts, paper transactions, etc.).

I am not sure a change would matter that much to the fundamentals.

Why would you handicap yourself from the start and choose a poor market (Fresno has one of the highest unemployment rates in the nation) over a market with strong economic and demographic fundamentals just because you can drive there.

Another theory I've had for Phoenix (it sounds like this wouldn't hold for the Bay Area), is that the fundamentals have only gotten stronger over the last year.
