What to do when prices are too high?
Due to increased prices outpacing rents, acquiring new rentals isn’t favorable. In times like these what does one do? Rehab existing rentals to increase rents? Still in my growth stage but I do not see anything at all anymore.

@William S. If your current strategy does not work then it’s time to go back to the drawing board and change up your strategy. There are investors out there making money. How are they doing it? Figure out how they are doing it and do that. When that model becomes over saturated, switch models again. I like what Jim Rohn states, “don’t wish that your situation were easier, wish that you were better.” (Not a direct quote but pretty close to it).
