I only recently became involved with real estate after taking a fascinating course on personal finance. 

But I believe in science and have a huge fear that the entire island will be underwater within 50 years.

Too much science.

It really is not rocket science, go read your states LLCs statues that will give you the ability to at least know what questions to ask an attorney that has actual experience in court with what they propose as legal.

@Cory Melious I’d keep the old ones, no real science behind that decision, just my opinion.

I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in Management, which taught me a lot of the basics of business law, management, etc.

Thankfully, that is not entirely true, "A" students go into medicine and science, business and all aspects of our economy, so do "B" students and "C" students.

Also, is there any science to price amount when looking at a 1st or 2nd position note.

This website as well as various books and resources has seriously opened my brain to so many opportunities other than science and medicine.

As much as I would love RE to be a hard science there's a art to it and fluffed with some BS.
