There are some that are more focused on residential (flipping, wholesaling, etc) but there are a few that concentrate multifamily and or commercial.  

I always recommend for a new or potential investor to pick a focus and concentrate on that.

My point that condo fees and HOAs are eating up some cash, that's why I concentrate on single family in desirable locations with good public schools...

I'm concentrating on new construction.  

I found BP about 8 months ago while I was recovering from a brain annurism and a stroke so I have been listening to the Podcats and reading from the blogs and the forums.I would try to concentrate on Fix and Flips as well as Wholesaling.  

One is in Florida with a concentration in real estate, the other is So Cal with a concentration in entrepreneurship.

I thought about it myself I have Preston Ely's probate course but I've been concentrating on commercial and development side of REI.
