There are a lot of people looking to invest in our market and I think it's important that people be very cautious that they understand all expenses before looking at STR properties.I'm currently starting to analyze different buildings and units within those buildings to start compiling a list of the best areas in our market, as well as buildings to get the best returns, when all expenses are considered.

While Marketing has worked for most it hasnt worked for everybody, trust me im one of those that had an hard time trying to convince others to come to a Thursday Night Intro and having them try and sign up just so i can get a commissions, it bugs me to the core that that is in place, Also eventho there are Great Minds in the Community not everyone will help depending on who you deal with, and whether anyone is a newbie or already Experienced in Real Estate This Group isn't for everyone, some a run into will always bring up it being MLM'ish Scam-ish, yada yada yada, in the Beginning i Didn't think it was a scam but i was Cautious i had to look out for myself Financially, i didn't pick up alot of things off the bat like some in my group did, and its no problem there some people go at their own pace it shouldnt be a rush job.People will have there different Paths of how they got to where they are to where they chose to be at now, whether they chose to be apart of the Renatus Community or not it's up to them.
