I grew up watching the browns.

The carpet we had picked out is an industrial grade carpet, dark tan (brown) in colour which goes well with the Behr Gobi Desert paint on the walls.

I think the Bandit signs are a waste of time. 1) They never and I mean never answer their phones, and 2) they are shady, most come from attending too many Ron Legrand or Lou Brown seminars. 

Bright yellow tile, color crayon on the walls, and old brown tile in the entry that was a pain in the tail to remove.

Hi @Alan Brown, unfortunately I don't have time to reply at length right now, but you're right - Massachusetts landlord laws are likely the toughest in the nation on a state level.
