The look on our realtors faces were priceless - I had a couple blank contracts in my portfolio so we wrote it up at 4pm outside... almost freezing as the temperature is in the low 40's.  10 minutes of paperwork and the originals are at my abstract now.

With HostGPO and the white glove delivery service, all of the furniture gets delivered to a local warehouse, and once it all arrives they schedule a time to bring all of it to the property at the same time.

Did anybody experience problems with temperature with the vinyl plank floors, as most manufactures require controlled temperature of between 65 and 85 degrees?

Anyway, let me get started and share my story and lesson learned.Yes we all know, we had record breaking low temperature. 

I originally was going to use it for my own warehouse.  

But there seems to be no warehouses being built in a 2-3 mile radius.

I have an opportunity to buy an acre parcel with two empty warehouses on it.

Ideally I would (if I buy it) put in two gas meters but if that's not practical, is there a thermostat that is set at 70 deg but the tenant can turn it off or on but not adjust the temperature?

Depending on what the exact temperature is plus the humidity divided by the barometric pressure.........
