With the tenants who only need inspections every 6 months, I will email them when the 2nd inspection at the 6 month mark arrives(because they are expecting inspections every 3 months) to make sure everything is okay with the house and use the email communication to build rapport by telling them that:  "I don't think an inspection is necessary for you every 3 months because of your (fill in the blank with the good stuff they do that I want to reinforce)"  Thanks for everybody's responses & helping me develop this system for my business!

@Michael Blank Hi Michael, so I do have an EIN for my freelance work and work as a sole propietor so now I want to use that EIN in my W9 to my PM on my new rental property.

It is a benefit to the community to share this information just in my (limited) experience tax situations seem to be so user specific it is difficult to apply them to many people or make any blank statements.

I initially stared building these tools for each client based on preference, acquisition strategy, and exit...there is a funnel each deal must go through and then pop out with the best possible option...this is crazy complex, but I think it's doable.

If you want extra spaces you can use alt+0160 that is the alt key held down then the numbers 0160 which should produce a blank space that will not be stripped with space's from the spacebar.

That's something we can all get behind but it will take knowing the answers to the  "fill in the blank" types of questions.  

On three we were told point blank that the offers weren't high enough.

Look for a local supplier/printer in your State for a lease - we have one here sold by Wiscnsin Legal Blank that is widely used and has been continously improved over the years, so it became the quasi state standard here.
