hey everyone,I'm starting to send out postcards without any companies sending them for me.i figured this way it will be cheaper..i have 5000 postcards that i printed and I'm trying to figure out which way will be the cheapest to send them out to my list.

Some people send out letters and postcards regularly to stay top of mind.

Wholesalers need capital to market (bandit signs, direct mail, postcards, etc.). 

Shane, if you wanted to send letters or postcards to a geographic area, say every house on the North side of Main St. in your town, you'd buy a list of names and addresses (mailing list) for those particular properties.

Also, I've tried searching some videos on youtube where people share some of their secrets, shortcuts, scripts, criteria selection, and other details regarding their direct mail/postcard campaigns and thats been very helpful.Best of luck to you!

I'm about to start my first direct mail campaign using 3.5"x5" postcards.

You have to send out hundreds of letters/postcards on a consistent basis to get your phones ringing.

But, my phone sometimes rings off the hook from wholesalers trying to buy my SF rentals and every week I get postcards and yellow letters.
