If in a community you also must have permission to buy and rent.Very difficult to get a mortgage and homes generally do not appreciate.If the home is on it's own lot situation is somewhat different.

@David M.I was trying to simplify things by not having an LLC within an LLC but as I can’t ascertain from the Florida Division of Corporations if this would be permissible and based on the thoughts of my superior colleagues on here, I have reconsidered this structure.I can’t get any personal loan anyway.
