A partner and I are entertain the idea of purchasing our own handwriting machine and creating our own "ballpoint" letters for marketing campaigns.Do you have any experience doing this?

I have two small dogs so I knew that I would need to be near a park for them to play but I also enjoy the pedestrian lifestyle, as I like to socialize, so what neighborhoods offer local eateries and entertaining.

Then there's the typical stuff that comes along with an increase in population -- food, entertainment, hospitality, all of which will need people, and all of which will need housing.Again, just thinking out loud here, to help digest the potential for the area.

However, education without application is just entertainment. 

My recommendation:  Independent of investing explore all the Chicago neighborhoods; review the entertainment, shopping, commute to work,.... then decide where you want to live.  

Location: What is the walkability to food, entertainment, or events?

I am not as familiar with Ludlow but Northern Kentucky is very up and coming with a lot of retail, entertainment and beautification projects in the works.

People must be entertained whether we want to entertain them or not.

If the bank can get more at auction and have come this far, it seems unlikely they'll entertain a short sale.
