- 1 year washing dishes- 3 shifts at Burger King- 10 years construction- 10 seasons commercial fishing (Self Employed Owner/Operator)- 3 years Buy n' Hold (6 properties)Batchlors Degree from Central Michigan University in Entrepreneurship.  

Why not shoot for bigger fish and save the headaches.

I go to the Smokies to get away from people - fly fish, hike, etc.  

NAR has bigger fish to worry about.

This would be my first foray into non-residential investment and I'm anxious that I may be trying to swallow too big a fish. 

It's about 2500 square feet, has a wrap around porch that overlooks a pond where I personally just caught a 5 lb large mouth bass this past week.
