You can expect lots of competition, cutthroat tactics, all-cash offers, and bidding wars.

It is probably a multi-level-like real estate coaching/college with high-pressure sales tactics called Re na tus.  

I did notice some sales tactics like continuously asking "does that make sense?"

The last REO I bought they tried to pull unconventional tactics and I used the same tactoic mentioned, Lenders Services backed down!

I won't have to repair or replace anything for the next two years in this home.With 9 homes left, maybe two or three of my model, I'm not too concerned with the tactics the builder may entail to get rid of those homes.

I did a google search on the guy and some of his tactics and here I am... with an extra 1k in my pocket and a whole lot more RE educated. lol.
